Grand Drive Training is a program dedicated to connecting stock show exhibitors around the country with leading industry professionals in just the click of a button. This program is developed by passionate stock show professionals that all started grinding away in the barn, just like you! Take advantage of years of practice, experience, trial and error, and of course banners won with content delivered directly to you in your own barn. Our goal is to make you better each and every day to help you meet your ultimate show ring goals!

Meet the experts
Nick Fitzsimmons
Nick Fitzsimmons grew up on a Simmental seedstock operation in Western Iowa where his family marketed Simmental bulls and females for seedstock and commercial cattlemen. Growing up marketing and selling cattle across the country sparked a passion for evaluating livestock that eventually led him to Black Hawk East College and then onto Texas Tech University.
Nick, along with his wife Ashley, son Lander and daughter Layne, own and operate Fitz Genetics, a multi-faceted, multi-breed cattle operation, in Perry, Okla. Their operation strives to raise and sell high quality, functional cattle across multiple breeds. Nick has continued to be a student of evaluating livestock and utilizes this skill in all aspects of raising and selling livestock. Nick has also been fortunate enough to judge numerous major shows across the country including at the American Royal, North American International Livestock Expo, Houston, Arizona National, Fort Worth Stock Show, Rodeo Austin and Dixie National.
Nick joined the Sunglo Show Feeds team as the cattle feed specialist in 2015. Nick’s real-world experience within the cattle industry helps stock show families across the country maximize the potential of their stock. Well versed in the ever-changing world of show and seedstock cattle industries, as well as having a passion for teaching the next generation, Nick excels in helping families get the most out of each experience in the barn and the showring alike.


Dave Allan
Dave Allan is no stranger in the cattle barn! Dave is a graduate of Texas A & M University where he participated on the livestock judging team and was high individual in cattle at the National Western Stock Show. He went on to coach the livestock judging team at Michigan State University.
Dave managed several purebred operations before Starting Bar A Cattle Company in 2001, raising elite horned and polled Hereford cattle.
In 2012, he started a multibreed semen distribution company, Genesource. He run Genesource and Bar A Cattle Company alongside his wife Becky and sons Tyler, Mason and Landry in Nacona, TX.
Dave has judged shows all over the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Jessie Judge
Jessie Judge is originally from California, where she grew up in the cattle business raising Angus, Shorthorn and Simmental show cattle. She was a member of a successful livestock judging team at Butler Community College where she was named an intercollegiate All American before transferring to Oklahoma State to complete her Animal Science Degree. While attending OSU she was a member of the 2017 National Champion Livestock Judging Team and was named High Individual at the NAILE in Louisville with All American Honors.
Jessie currently works full time as the Director of Marketing and Communications for The Wendt Group, an online livestock and agriculture assets selling platform, and works part time as a social media manager for Weis Cattle and Tree Lane Farms. She currently resides in El Paso, Illinois where she helps manage sale and show cattle operations for Tree Lane Farms, a 250 head seedstock operation that concentrates on producing elite Simmental and Angus genetics.
